Privacy Policy

Jerry Campbell Football is run by Coach Jerry Campbell from Weatherford, Texas. This site exists to sell coaching manuals and to answer coaches' questions — it is not an advertising business, and your details are not a product we trade.

What we collect

• Contact form. Your name, email address, an optional phone number, the school or program you named, and the message you wrote.
• Checkout. Your name, email address, phone number and postal address, plus the titles in your order. We do not take card numbers on this site — payment is arranged directly with you once the order request arrives.
• Newsletter. Only the email address you enter, and the date you entered it.
• Server logs. Like every web server, ours records the pages requested, the time, and the IP address that asked for them. These are used to keep the site running and secure.

What we do with it

We use what you send to answer your question, to fulfil your order, or to send the occasional note about new manuals if you asked for one. That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not send your details to advertising networks or data brokers.

Cookies and what is stored in your browser

• A session cookie keeps track of your shopping cart while you browse. It holds nothing but a random session identifier and it expires when you close your browser.
• Local storage holds your accessibility preferences — contrast, text size, reading guide and so on — under the key jcfb-a11y. That data stays on your own device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or fingerprinting scripts. Videos in the Film Room are click-to-play: nothing is requested from YouTube until you press play, so no third-party cookie is set before you choose to watch.

Who else sees your information

Our web host processes the site's traffic on our behalf, and our email provider carries the messages you send us. We share information beyond that only when the law requires it. If a payment processor or email platform is added later, it will be named here before it handles anything of yours.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as our tax and accounting obligations require. Contact messages are kept while the conversation is useful and then deleted. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Children

This site is written for coaches and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us details, contact us and we will delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email midlineopt@aol.com or call (361) 571-0463 and we will act on it. Every newsletter includes a way to stop receiving them.

Security

Form submissions are protected against cross-site request forgery, and the site should be served over HTTPS on a live host. No website can promise perfect security, but we keep what we hold to the minimum needed to do the job you asked for.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be flagged on the home page.
