Everyone gets the playbook
Accessibility Statement
We want every coach to be able to use this site — whatever device, assistive technology or settings they rely on.
Our commitment
Jerry Campbell Football is committed to making its website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time project.
What we have built in
- Semantic HTML landmarks, one
h1per page and a logical heading order. - A “skip to main content” link as the first focusable element on every page.
- Visible, high-contrast focus outlines for keyboard users on every interactive control.
- Full keyboard operation — menus, the hero slider, the accessibility panel and every form.
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images; decorative images hidden from screen readers.
- Form fields with real labels, inline error messages and
aria-invalidstate. - Colour contrast checked against the brand palette so text stays legible.
- Respect for the operating system's “reduce motion” setting — animations stop automatically.
- Live regions that announce cart updates and accessibility changes to screen readers.
The accessibility toolkit
The button in the bottom-right corner of every page — or Alt + 0 on a keyboard — opens a panel of display and reading preferences. Your choices are stored in your browser on this device and applied on every page you visit afterwards. Nothing is sent to us.
- Text size — scale all text between 85% and 160%.
- High contrast, invert, monochrome and saturation — four colour treatments.
- Highlight links — underline and highlight every link on the page.
- Readable font and text spacing — a wider typeface and looser line, letter and word spacing.
- Align text left — removes centred and justified text.
- Pause animations — stops the hero slider, scroll reveals and transitions.
- Hide images — removes imagery so text carries the page.
- Big cursor and strong focus ring — easier pointer and keyboard tracking.
- Reading guide and reading mask — a ruler bar, or a dimmed page with one clear line.
Known limitations
The embedded Google map on the contact page and the discussion board on our legacy forum platform are provided by third parties, and we do not control their markup. If either creates a barrier for you, call or email us and we will give you the same information directly.
Tell us if something is not working
If you hit a page, control or document you cannot use, we want to hear about it — and we will help you get what you need in the meantime.
